You did a good job explaining personal business writing, however, you said "um" a lot, which you need to work on in giving a speech. Also it's good to have a title for your post. Other that that, you did a good job, and the voki was interesting, and creative.
I liked the voki, it was very imformative. You made some great points, I liked what you said about friendly openings and goodbyes causing the reader to respond quicker.
